Wallet-Agent-AI and its smart contracts are experimental and provided "as-is" without any warranties or guarantees. The interface may display incorrect or outdated information and may experience bugs or downtime. The payment execution system, including automatic and manual payment collection, may fail or behave unexpectedly.

Smart Contract Risks
Funds deposited into the agent wallet are held by the agent at their own responsibility. The contracts only limit what the agent can do with them. The contracts have not been formally audited — they could contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or logic errors. They are immutable once deployed — critical bugs may not be fixable without redeploying. They interact with external services — including the Astrolescent DEX for token swaps, which introduces additional risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers disclaim all liability for any loss or damage resulting from the use of Wallet-Agent-AI or PolicyVault smart contracts.
